Description of Action |
|
The subject property is located on the southeast corner of Griffin Road and Interstate 95 and is the Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) property. The property owner is proposing a modification of the surface parking area by adding 241-parking spaces on a 4.3 acre parcel immediately south of the existing building. |
